Whale :) hehehee

My stomach eventually became better! hihihihi!
Now I have a cold...
Well I've been fine ish, now and then just wanted to go to Aus, but then it's okay. Weather a bit sad, have already gotten snow on mountains, kinda like a month earlier than usual. And lot of rain...
Have made some homework, so woaw! But keeping it up.
I went to karate and soccer training on Monday, karate was so :( as I didn't really now anybody, and in soccer I knew a few. Was much better as I don't know, but it was the women's team. So they're like better than I. I wanted to start earlier and went to one of the training places and then when I arrived, there were nobody, so I called my father and he saw it was another places it was going to be, but after my first training I asked if it was going to be on Saturday too, but that wasn't started yet, so that was good. Later that day I went to one of my school mate's and had a little movie night.
Then it's school... hehe
Last week we had intro party at the school for the new students like me, that was decent. I had a big donut in my hair that I made from leg warmers as they don't sell them here.
Been talking a bit from the school I went to in Australia, that was nice to hear what they were up to.

Nearly 2 weeks ago now, I was riding my bike with my father and then on the way home we split so my father could ride a bit longer way, because he thought I was too slow for him. I arrived home and thought he would go downstairs after coming home, so I went up and had a shower and that. Then a couple of hours later one from his work came and told us he was in the hospital and had broken two ribs, because he had fell on his bike. I was angry and sad, what if I had gone with him, it might hadn't happened. Well he is recovering and that's just so nice.

Whale skin- tastes quite good!

Whaaaaleee!!!!!!

Mattak!

My package I sent home a couple of months ago arrived here last week!
So happyy!!

Bad stomach :(

On Thursday I had breakfast and at first period I had gym. We ran and I was nearly dying, sometimes having nausea. Well I survived, but at the break I had it again and had to go to the toilet... well I felt better afterwards much better. When I came home I had some problems with my stomach. Thought it was the breakfast and the training that made me sick, but then the day after I still had bad stomach and heard that there was a stomach virus as one from my father's workplace was sick too probably sick with what I've got and still have.. Well I'm not that sick, 'cause I can still go to school and stuff.

On Friday I had a normal length of day, but it felt so looong! I had forgotten a book we needed in my greenlandic class, so I gave myself extra homework. After school I made my most of my homework and then ate dinner with my parents and my mother's friend. Later my friend came over and we just hanged out. We talked and just chilled and then fell asleep.

So today we woke up and then ate breakfast. Then I sent my friend home ish as we both had to make homework. Finished mine a while after and then I just felt sorry for myself having a virus in my stomach, so I watched my Merlin series almost all day. Then I baked brownies, but just one, which you add water to and then while it was in the oven I cleaned the kitchen. Then I watched more Merlin...
I also watched Ice Cold Gold, which is in Greenland, and it's about some American geologist in the bush. The nature is right and the weather and that, but they make it so dramatic! It's a bit like.. What just happened?! Haha

Some pics from Euro tour.

Homework, homework and homework!

Well I don't have that much homework yet, but I do have them! My theory is to do them as soon as you get them, so you can get rid of them and ready as they might get more and more. So you're balanced and just don't let all of them be in the last minute! Then when I'll be finished I'd have time to do stuff I wanna do. And I have made this training schedule, which I'm not good at doing as I'm a lazy bugger. But also a tiny bit, because of the homework, or that's one of my excuses I would use to  myself.

I would put some pictures on, but they're still in the camera, so I have to charge it first.

Mæhæhæhæhæhæhæhæhæhæhæ!

Rotary Club of Nuuk

Today I went to school with my Rotary blazer. Bit weird as many thought it was weird and they of course didn't know what it was. Well I didn't wear it, but had it with me. Anyway after 2nd lesson it was lunch time and I waited a bit in the school and then I got picked up by my father and went to Gertrud Rask, a bit expensive place to eat.
Well talk a tiny bit with the members and some of their children had been on exchange too, like 10 years ago or something. Well we ate lunch and it was a self serving, where you could take a little bit of what there was. And then there was dessert you could take and it was cheesecake, my favorite!! Then I talk about Australia, but in the beginning there were some technical problems. Anyway talk about it and then when I was finished the meeting kinda ended. Then I got some gloves, that can be used on the cellphone or something.
My father picked me up and took me back to school. And 5 min. was left, then there was a break. The last class I had was Greenlandic and we had to make a little presentation of the one who we were sitting next to. Well I'm in the group with good speaking Greenlandic, but as I'm not as good as the others, I was like...aargh! I got a couple of tears as I wasn't comfortable with the pressure I had on me. It's weird as I'd just talked to strangers about my year in Aus and that happened...

Well in some point I have to do some of my homework I have and yeah, that is what I did today.
Really miss the Rotary meetings in Berwick and the people I used to see every week.

In the middle of the two squares, there's the Rotary wheel :)

Last days in EU and school start...

I arrived in Denmark and we went to my aunts a few days and shopped. Then we went to Jutland and my father did some playing with his model trains.
We went back to Copenhagen area after also visiting my father's friend. We had two days left and one of the days I went to Sweden, Malmö and visited my other friend I met on safari in Aus. I met his exchange student from Brisbane, who was staying at his place and she was nice. I almost couldn't go, because I was going alone, but then I said, that they'd just sent me on exchange a year alone to the other side of the world. That helped :) Well spend the day in Sweden and then went home to aunt's again.
Last day in Denmark we shopped and packed.

The day we left Denmark my school started, I came after lunch as the time changes helped me :) haha.
Saw a family member in Kangerlussuaq and hoped to see my friend, who's birthday is today :) hihih! Well I don't she had arrived yet, so we might flown past each other ish. Arrived in Nuuk and went directly to school. I didn't know where to go, so I took my folks with me and then saw a friend, who helped us. Came to school and then my school life started.

As school started Friday, the following Monday we had an excursion to get to know each other as classmates and that, so we went to the bush and had a sleepover there. It was soooooo cold in the night, I mean ridiculous cold. So we all had to cuddle in to get warm, just like penguins. The next day when I came home my legs were so red of mossie bites. My whole body under my torso was bitten and itchy from stupid mosquitos!

Now I'm in school and last week was intro week, to know how to get around and that stuff. And this afternoon I went up to a mountain after school with my friend, we walked about 2.30 hours! So sore now, but good training :)

Me at Store Malene!

In the background you can see the capital of Greenland, Nuuk where I live.
Walked around 2.3 hours I think, more or less.

Rest of Euro tour :)

Italy:
Italy was pretty hot kinda like Australia! We went to the lake sometimes and went swimming and it was so nice! One day I played tennis with my dad and that was so hard! So hot and found out that tennis is a pretty exhausting sport to practice! Holy moly the famous tennis players are strong! I was nearly passing out in 1 hour, but it  was pretty hot too! But they sometimes compete in that kind of heat! Ö
We also went to a theme park and that was awesome!! Wild rides, which I love and just wiiiiiiiiih!
I ate pizza and spaghetti and the fill on the pizzas aren't much like not Italian pizzas.

The first Italian pizza I tasted!
Delicious :D

Switzerland:
On the way back from Italy to Denmark we stopped in Appenzell in Switzerland. You could see where Switzerland started as from Italy you could see the alps. Pretty cool! When we almost were at our hotel in swiss country, it began raining, the left over rain from the big storm, that had been in the news with big hail balls!
The roads in to the villages are so narrow! And a couple of times we saw half of the road were down the sides! Scary as!
I went to visit my friend I met on safari in Australia and I slept at her place as the village we were at was a bit far away and it was raining!... Found out, that the hotel we were at, was in the same village as my friends grandmother, pretty funny. My friend's family had an exchange student from VIC in Aus. But never saw him and he was going home soon, lucky him going to Melbourne!
In the evening I went out to my friend's cute village and saw some "juggling" the sing kind of thing... don't know how to spell it. I also heard the cows wearing clocks and my friend's dad owned some bees and in the morning we ate croissants with homemade honey!! Very nice :)
